*By taking part in our Referral Program, both the Advocate (existing customer) and the invited Business (the new sign-up) agree to the outline below.To be eligible to make a referral, you must hold an active, fully paid Safe Food Pro subscription. This promotion only applies to any new company entering into a paid contract with Safe Food Pro. Businesses that previously held a Safe Food Pro account that are not currently active subscribers are welcome to be invited through this program. The value of the promotional credit depends entirely on how the invited Business’s chosen subscription plan compares to the Advocate’s existing subscription rate. If your friend selects a package that matches or exceeds the value of your current Safe Food Pro tier, your account will be credited with two (2) months of free service. Should the invited business select a plan of lesser value than your own, your promotional credit will be calculated proportionally based on the difference in plan pricing.

Monthly Billing Accounts
For new sign-ups paying on a month-to-month basis: The invited Business must maintain their active, paid membership for an uninterrupted period of at least three (3) months. Following the successful collection of the third consecutive payment, the Advocate’s promotional credit (up to a maximum of 2 months free) will automatically apply to their upcoming invoice cycles.
Annual Billing Accounts
For new sign-ups purchasing a yearly subscription: The Advocate qualifies for their promotional credit immediately after Safe Food Pro successfully processes the Invited Business’s upfront annual payment. This credit will be deducted from the Advocate's next regular invoice (or applied toward their own upcoming annual renewal).Promotional credits hold no cash value, are entirely non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed. They can only be used as a deduction against future Safe Food Pro subscription fees. If either party terminates their subscription prior to the fulfillment of the qualification timeline (such as the initial 90 days for monthly accounts), the pending credit is voided. Safe Food Pro retains the right to alter, pause, or end this promotional offer at its sole discretion without issuing advance notice.
