If you use our great range of ETI Bluetooth temperature probes as a part of your routine checks, you can quickly integrate these with your daily Safe Food Pro forms to automatically save temperature readings to your phone.
With the two integrated, whenever you click on a temperature-related question in Safe Food Pro your device will scan for and connect with the nearest Bluetooth probe so that its readings can be saved directly into the form. Never manually input temperatures again!
Clarity and visibility are two of the key principles of the Safe Food Pro app, and you can’t have either without a simple, fast way to determine who did what, when. That’s where PIN signing comes in. When you’re setting up staff members on Safe Food Pro, you can assign each person their own personal four-digit PIN number.
Whether someone accesses a form using their personal device or a generic staff tablet, they will be prompted to sign in using their identifying PIN so that their actions can be recorded in their name, including timestamps. Later, when you’re checking out what’s been done (or not done) each day, you’ll see not only the forms and fields filled out, but who was in charge of each task.
When you’re running around trying to keep your customers and staff happy, the last thing you need is to remember the fifty other food safety and cleaning tasks you need to do. So, let Safe Food Pro worry about this for you. Scheduled tasks are one of the most convenient features of the Safe Food Pro app.
For every paperless form you create, you can schedule the app to remind you about it either daily, weekly or monthly. On the scheduled day, you’ll be notified within the app of which forms must be completed during that shift.
Whenever you or one of your staff members fills out a form observing an issue or incident, they can also assign an individual to that new task with a corrective action. The individual will receive a notification that they have been assigned to the job, with details on what needs done. You can also use these actions to add to someone’s training record - i.e. if there’s an accident, assign a corrective action in the form of follow-up training.
At any point, log in to the admin console to gain a top-down view of all corrective actions current and historic, who was assigned, and whether or not it was completed.
