Receiving deliveries has never been easier.

There’s a lot to think about when receiving a delivery, from double checking all the details to monitoring temperatures and noting quantities. This is a pain on paper, but not if it’s all on your regular device. Within the Safe Food Pro admin console, you simply set up profiles for all your regular suppliers. Add their name, key contact details, certificates and documentation, typical type and quantity of delivered foods, and the temperature goods will be delivered at. Next, either find a pre-made delivery form or make your own custom one so that, when each delivery arrives, you have everything you need to check, note and ask in the palm of your hand.

Delivery forms are set up by default as an ad hoc, do-it-as-it-comes-in task. However, if you know you’ll receive deliveries daily and want to remind your staff, simply schedule each form to prompt everyone that it’s there for them when needed.
